Rooftop Communal Area

For the enjoyment of all tenants 

Our custom Rooftop is a great place to have that team meeting, get some fresh air and have time to think or eat that re-heated Indian during your lunch hour! Kitchen facilities, toilet, tables, lounges and seating for all occasions adorn this area along with BBQ facilities. This area is already a hit with the tenants in the building and Wifi extension allows you to use laptops on the roof without signal interruption and best of all it's bookable for free to all tenants for private functions.

If you love the treddy, scooter or lunchtime workout then our end of trip facilities and locker room have your name on them. Clothes line and washer/dryer included

What lease terms are available?

We understand small business and the need to be flexible, our space is available from 1 month and you are free to expand or contract within the space as you require to maintain optimal working efficiency (subject to availability and 4 weeks notice)

What is included in my rental?

  • Air conditioned Workstations and Suites - Desk, Chair, lockable pedestal in most cases

  • Cleaning and Bin clearing 

  • 24/7 Access

  • All connections including electricity, Internet and WIFI connection  

  • Access to printer 

  • Access to book meeting room/quiet rooms including screens  

  • Access to use designated break out areas

  • Access to use kitchen including 2 fridges, microwave, 2 dish washers, ZIP hot/cold tap

  • Access to bicycle parks and EOT facilities including short term lockers

  • Proxy card for security - 1 card per desk

  • CCTV

  • Access to a 350m2 furnished rooftop (wifi range included), kitchen facilities and BBQ
